H.R. 2467 – PFAS Action Act of 2021, introduced by Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI-12) on July 22, 2021. This bill is to require the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to designate per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances as hazardous substances under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980. H.R. 2607 – FASTER Presumptions Act, introduced by Rep. David Throne (D-MD-6) on April 15, 2021. This bill is to amend title 38, United States Code, to establish in the Department of Veterans Affairs procedures to determine presumptions of service connection based on toxic exposure, and for other purposes. S. 1121/H.R. 2742 – PFAS Registry Act of 2021, introduced by Sen. Jeanne Shaheen &Rep. Chris Pappas (D-NH-1) on April 14, 2021.
